The 7-step Quick-Start Guide to Productised
Step 1: Using the Blueprint Library to select your product outline
The blueprint library contains numerous workflows and designs tailored to suit multiple industries and niches. Pick one that suits your industry. We cater to many different types of products and use cases in here, ranging from content generation, to reporting and diagnostics.
Pick your template, view the product info to make sure you're happy with it and move onto the data training phase.
Step 2: The Data Training Engine
So you've selected your template and you're happy with the basic settings. The first step is uploading your training data. Productised supports numerous file types including PDF, word documents, CSV, even code files for the tech-minded among us.
Step 3: AI Form Configuration
We've made it super easy to create your form. All you have to do is select the form type (single or multi-page), then provide our AI with a simple prompt and it will generate a form to suit your requirements.
Step 4: Configuring the AI Agent
Our AI gets to work in the backend, combining your clients' question responses with the prompt sequence for your chosen template to produce a contextual high-quality end result that meets the client's specified needs. But why not fine-tune the output to suit your preferences?
Give the AI a role, specify the tone and the final output format in a just a few sentences from the agent settings here. And if you'd like, give the agent a few pointers on how you'd like it to carry out its reasoning and research processes.
Step 5: Creating the Product Framework
Choose your output design template, we've provided classic, modern and brutalist as the initial options. You will be able to further configure your landing page and AI output pages at a later stage.
Click 'Generate Product'
Now you'll see the ' review and build' section. Review everything here from your form configuration, to your AI agents, and the completed AI workflow diagram. 'Page templates' will give you a preview of what your output page will look like as the finished product.
Last up, hit 'Build my product'
Step 6: The quick rundown on designing your landing page
You will now see the workflow builder. Select the 'landing page' action node from the AI workflow diagram, and 'edit page' from the bottom right.
You will now be taken into the page designer. Here you can configure how your landing page will look displaying your form for your product.
1. Click the '+' icon from the top left this shows each section. Now you can add/delete elements, customize the background, fonts and more for each of your sections. For a nice simple landing page to present your form to clients we recommend using the #Form_Submission and #NavBar sections
2. Save the changes to your sections from the 'save' icon located in the taskbar top of screen.
Step 7: Configuring and designing your output page
Now return to the AI workflow builder and select the page output note and 'edit this page' from the right-hand taskbar.
Begin this process as before with the landing page node by adding, deleting and resizing elements and customizing the background colors and appearance.
Then select the @ symbol which will allow you to select variables. These variables are a touch tricky to understand but to keep things really simple here, each variable relates to an individual aspect or component of the AI-generated output. Save the page in the top taskbar and return to the AI workflow diagram.
Select the 'multi-page management' node. Select the next output page in the sequence and repeat this process.
The Final Configuration
Now it's time for the very last few tweaks to be made to the product. Select the 'settings' tab from the top taskbar and the 'general' tab from the left taskbar. Add your product name, description and pictures. There's also the option to add your custom logo and product thumbnail images from here.
Under the 'Deployment' tab you'll be able to enter your custom domain URL, which is a bit of a must-have if you ask us! Add your OpenAI API Key under 'Secret,' configure webhooks if you want to webhook into your CRM, Airtable or similar and that's it!
